Hello! I head up Lighthouse Executive and lead the Human Resources and Senior Professional Services recruitment in the team. I am also a Certified DiSC Personality Profiling Practitioner which means I can also provide personality assessments for our clients and candidates to help achieve the best possible ‘fit’ when interviewing for vacancies.
I have over 20 years’ experience in Recruitment, HR and Talent and have previously started, built and sold my own HR business which means I can partner with my clients understanding their challenges as a business owner/leader including how important hiring the right people is!
